A process server delivering legal papers — summons, complaint, subpoena, wage attachment, anything for your Iowa entity — triggers a standard workflow: image the document on the day of service, deliver the digital file via your client dashboard, charge nothing for the work, apply no count limit across the year. This is the function the registered agent statute exists to deliver, and our $99/yr Iowa fee underwrites it.
